PANCAKES WITH BUCKWHEAT FLOUR

My golden, super healthy, gluten-free and refined sugar-free pancake recipe that suits your weekend breakfast table is with you…

MATERIALS 

  • One cup of buckwheat flour /or you can mix half of it with any gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup almond/oat milk or any milk you like
  • 1 egg /or 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed-water mixture (flax egg)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Agave or Maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Coconut oil

Note: It is very important that all ingredients are at room temperature!!

 PREPARATION

1) Mix the eggs, sugar and milk.

2) Add all the solid ingredients and melted coconut oil and mix with a spatula. It should not be too solid. If it is solid, you can add a little more milk or warm water.

3) Put a little oil in the heated pan. Cook on medium heat!!

4) Take pieces from the dough with a ladle and cook them in your pan.

5) If the back and front pieces of each pancake are cooked for about 1 minute, they will turn golden brown.
