INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup lentils (it would be better if you soak them in drinking water overnight)
  • 1.5 cups water (you can add a little more if the consistency is too thick)
  • Salt-olive oil to grease the pan

PREPARATION 

  • Soak your lentils overnight, pass them through a strainer and wash them well before cooking, so that there is no foam.
  • Put them in the chopper, add water and salt, run your machine for about 5 minutes, until they reach a creamy consistency.
  • Add a little oil to the pan.
  • Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Oh, your delicious gluten-free, protein-containing flatbread is ready.
