INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup lentils (it would be better if you soak them in drinking water overnight)
- 1.5 cups water (you can add a little more if the consistency is too thick)
- Salt-olive oil to grease the pan
PREPARATION
- Soak your lentils overnight, pass them through a strainer and wash them well before cooking, so that there is no foam.
- Put them in the chopper, add water and salt, run your machine for about 5 minutes, until they reach a creamy consistency.
- Add a little oil to the pan.
- Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
- Oh, your delicious gluten-free, protein-containing flatbread is ready.
