MATERIALS
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- Half a glass of milk or almond/oat milk
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Your favorite fruits for topping
PREPARATION
- Put milk, chia and honey in a medium-sized glass or jar and mix.
- After 2-3 minutes, stir until there are no lumps.
- Cover it and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
- Or at least 2 hours!!
- When you are ready to eat, you can decorate it with your favorite toppings and serve.
