I always wanted to smell a cake when I was in my comfort zone!

Today was one of those days!

I made a cake that is suitable for everyone, gluten-free, refined sugar-free and delicious, and everyone who tasted it said, “Oh, is this gluten-free?”

Here is the recipe for the cake that will increase our sugar levels in a balanced way, decorate our tea time and sweeten our palate…

MATERIALS 

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 tea glass of maple syrup or coconut sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 handful of chocolate chips or walnuts (optional)

PREPARATION 

  • Preheat your oven to 170 C, grease your baking tray or line it with paper!
  • Mash your bananas and whisk your eggs well!
  • Then proceed according to the order on the reels.
  • If you are going to use chocolate or walnuts, you can sprinkle them on top of the cake batter after putting it in the mold.
  • Bake at 170 C for 45 minutes.
