I will share with you a healthy recipe that you can prepare with only 3 ingredients, that is satisfying, enjoyable and will increase your energy.

You can consume it as a healthy breakfast or a snack…

MATERIALS 

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • Half a glass of milk or almond/oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Your favorite fruits for topping

PREPARATION 

  • Put milk, chia and honey in a medium-sized glass or jar and mix.
  • After 2-3 minutes, stir until there are no lumps.
  • Cover it and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Or at least 2 hours!!
  • When you are ready to eat, you can decorate it with your favorite toppings and serve.
