PANCAKES WITH BUCKWHEAT FLOUR

MATERIALS
- One cup of buckwheat flour /or you can mix half of it with any gluten-free flour
- 1 cup almond/oat milk or any milk you like
- 1 egg /or 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed-water mixture (flax egg)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Agave or Maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- Coconut oil
Note: It is very important that all ingredients are at room temperature!!
PREPARATION
1) Mix the eggs, sugar and milk.
2) Add all the solid ingredients and melted coconut oil and mix with a spatula. It should not be too solid. If it is solid, you can add a little more milk or warm water.
3) Put a little oil in the heated pan. Cook on medium heat!!
4) Take pieces from the dough with a ladle and cook them in your pan.
5) If the back and front pieces of each pancake are cooked for about 1 minute, they will turn golden brown.
